Sometimes we become so wrapped up in all the little details, that we forget the real meaning of ‘home’. It was Edwin Heathcote who once wrote that home is a  “…deep well of echoes…. built upon the souls of our ancestors”. He implied, it seems, that it doesn’t matter where …or ‘how new or old’ …your house is, that it is how our ancestors come out in every one of us – in the choices we make, the items we buy, the traditions we uphold, that matter. Basically, that we ourselves are what make a home.
