Lovers of Kilkee and the Loop Head Peninsula, will be familiar with the Pollock Holes, at the West End of the seaside town. A famous swimming spot for many generations, the artist signing their work as ‘D’, has captured this well known place, in watercolours, with wonderful detail. The clarity of the water in the foreground and in particular, this gorgeous aspect across the bay, almost lures you in to the very painting itself.

‘D’ is a very collectable artist, who loves to paint well known landmarks and spots of natural beauty around the county of Clare. Their work, both in watercolour and in oils, has made its way around the world at this stage!
