It’s hard to say much else, when you are stood in front of this painting and indeed we feel privileged to be able to do so. Ivan Daly is, quite simply, an extraordinary talent. His blocks of perfectly blended colour, his handling of the oils, his innate knowledge of shape, form, light and shadow, all merge in the most spectacular way, to form what can only be described as a spectacular painting.
The drama of the ocean, the scale of the headland, the light and shade of the rock – all compounded by the sheer scale of this piece of original art, which stands at just over a metre squared.

We are, quite literally, blown away.
