Octopus are extraordinary! With incredible intelligence, mobility and unusually good eyesight, these somewhat bizarre looking underwater creatures somehow have an ever endearing ‘cuteness’ appeal.  Love the exquisite detailing in this particular bronze sculpture by sculptor Hannah O Neill.

Hannah is a young contemporary artist from West Clare. Having worked closely alongside accomplished and celebrated artists and sculptors, and spending much time, not just honing her sculpting skills, but also learning the moulding, casting and metal finishing process of bronze castings in a commercial bronze foundry, Hannah has started producing her own work to very quick acclaim – having secured instant commissions and sales.
