Artist Deirdre McKenna has created a series of gorgeous, miniature, hand pulled, etchings of Loop Head Lighthouse. Such a beautiful and interesting, miniature piece of original art to own! Although referred to as a print (because etchings are essentially a reverse print from an etching in metal) each print is actually an original work or art, due to the specialised overall process that goes into achieving each individual result – and also each piece has been hand signed by the artist, mounted and framed – and all for only €70.

Deirdre McKenna has worked as a professional artist since graduating from the Crawford College of Art and Design. She has partaken in many specialised ‘etching print’ exhibitions and has work hanging in many private collections. In terms of public work, she has been commissioned by the (OPW) for their Leinster House Collection and has work in the North Beaches Library Collection in Sydney, Australia.
