Having spent many years living in the cosy, Loop Head fishing village of Carrigaholt, its no wonder that Ruth included it in one of her many detailed paintings of the West Clare area. This one is a perfect depiction of a very familiar sight on your entrance to the village over the famous bridge on a beautiful sunny day.  Not very big, this painting is the perfect size for finding a special place for on the wall or indeed for propping on a mini easel on your sideboard as we have done in the pictures shown.
