Burren Grounds – an adorable original and collectable painting by contemporary artist Kaye Maahs. What makes this particular piece unusual is the artist has chosen to paint it on steel.

This piece is narrow and landscape in orientation and in the classic Kaye style, when you stand back from it, the magic happens – where the loose painting style falls together to form an almost window-like accuracy.

With a deliberate hand, but a stunningly, delicate touch, this extraordinarily competent and self-assured artist, Maahs, has produced a stunning collection of works based around nature.  A magnificently collectable artist, whose name has been pinpointed as ‘one to watch’ on many an occasion and whose star continues to rise.

Kaye has won awards and bursaries and exhibited both nationally and internationally. She continues to be chosen to partake in the RHA’s annual exhibition and now has work hanging in private collections around the world.
