So incredibly striking – black framed this time, with a beautiful gold trim which offsets the gorgeous warm colours used in this stunning oil painting by Mark Eldred. Eldred’s wonderfully realistic, fabulously competent style of painting, means that you could almost walk right into his forest scenes, his landscapes and even his seascapes. This summer forest scene, smaller in size than some of his other pieces, was recently painted especially for us and we have it sitting currently pride of place on an easel on the way in. It’s really quite captivating.
