An Branán Mór is a famous sight at the Cliffs of Moher, in Co. Clare – a large, looming sea stack, known for its unusual shape and incredible layers of rock. Well known watercolour artist, (conservationist, consultant, birdwatching enthusiast and all round lovely human being) Phil Brennan has depicted it rather strikingly here, from the vantage point of being on the Atlantic seas around it. Turbulent waves and soaring, circling birds all add to the sensation of being there, in that very moment; you can almost hear the seagulls!  Phil’s artwork is detailed and both beautifully and delicately applied.
