We have become obsessed with this stunning sunflower spray by contemporary artist Bairbre Duggan. The depth, the handling of colour, the contrast with the dark background, the water in the glass; It is just superb.

Bairbre is an accomplished and celebrated artist, whose work has been shortlisted for the Dutch Portraiture Prize and regularly chosen to appear in the RHA annual exhibitions. Lecturing in fine art in Amsterdam, her skilful figurative paintings and her still life works are hanging in private collections around the world.
